Caregiver Requirements

Just a Little Help is always interested in hearing from warm-hearted individuals who wish to be of service to others. Our caregivers work one-on-one with our clients in their homes. The services we provide vary greatly and are tailored to meet each client's needs. In meeting these needs, our caregivers work a variety of shifts including 24-hour shifts, overnight shifts, and partial day shifts in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

We look for caregivers with excellent communication skills who are honest, patient, reliable and able to work independently.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Insured, reliable vehicle

  • Good driving record

  • Verifiable employment record

  • No criminal history

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
